| Description |
- Must be 18 years or older
- Obtain Oklahoma Class B Commercial Driver License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements
- Pass a DOT physical examination at a facility designated by the district including drug/alcohol test
- Lift and carry 75 pounds across 40 feet of level ground
- Obey all traffic laws and district policy
- Observe all mandatory safety regulations for school buses and complete proper paperwork.
- Report all accidents and complete required reports
- Observe and obey all policies and procedures set forth in the Bethany Public Schools Policies and Procedures Manual
- Maintain discipline when students are on the bus
- Keep assigned bus clean
- Keep and maintain assigned schedule
- Pickup and discharge students only at authorized stops
- Document all mechanical and safety problems
- Possess a working knowledge of any additional equipment necessary to properly perform all duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned
